I use what I’ve coined the ‘Me.She.We’ Approach to create a healing experience that honors the whole woman. As women we share common stories and yet we all have a unique journey. The most satisfying results in therapy comes from working collaboratively to match your needs with evidence-based therapy techniques. I encourage you to have a voice in how your treatment unfolds as I use my expertise to lead you through a non-judgmental exploration of the layers of your life. I look beyond surface level themes such as anxiety and depression to address the root of the symptoms. The goal is simple: understand yourself and unburden your life.

I'm Alison
I’m passionate about helping women in their journey to wholeness. I have over 17 years of experience working with women to heal and find clarity. The Me.She.We Approach was born of my extensive clinical experience and training in trauma therapies. I use a combination of traditional and modern cognitive methods such as psychodynamic, CBT, DBT and somatic techniques such as EMDR and mindfulness to achieve balance in your life.
